Williams Water Treatment Plant Site Improvements and New Control Shop

The scope of work included a new entrance road connection to Interstate Drive, with guard shack (including restroom) and widening of selected service roads on site. In addition, a 5,000 SF pre-engineered metal building was designed and constructed to serve as the Instrument Control Shop. The Control Shop was air conditioned with painted gypsum drywall finishes, and included restroom facilities. The existing facility had to remain functional during construction; all work was coordinated with ongoing water plant operations.
